  • Set technical direction on a cross-product integration between a new application and the legacy K-12 ERP — designed a uni-directional foreign-key linkage that delivered cross-product functionality without modifying the ERP schema, preserving the live customer contract and unblocking the dev/QA team.
  • Led AP-Payments and Payments by Line Items against deadlines management called "originally thought unattainable" — designed a follow-the-sun workflow with offshore developers and AI-augmented dev tooling that lifted sprint velocity ~2.5x (22→62 points), shipping release-ready code across 6-8 sprints with a brand-new team where I was the sole codebase expert.
  • Mentored 5 engineers across two product teams — 3 new hires onboarded to a new codebase plus 2 cross-team knowledge transfers on release tooling — accelerating their ramp to independent feature delivery.
  • Drove Snyk IDE plugin adoption to 100% coverage across web developers and implemented Snyk "hard gates" in pull requests, reducing the critical and high-severity vulnerability backlog across web teams.
  • Selected by engineering leadership to demonstrate AI agent capabilities at a company-wide Copilot Guild session.
